Shipping and returns


Shipping: 
We ship your bat the next day after your order. Free shipping happens over ground and so depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to reach you. You can pay an additional 100 rupees to select air shipping and get your bat in 2 to 3 business days.

Cancellations: 
Orders once placed can be cancelled on the same day by contacting us. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account and you will receive an email from us confirming the same.

Refunds: 
While we take a lot of effort to ensure that every customer’s expectation is fulfilled, we understand that sometimes, we make mistakes and cannot match up to your expectations. If you don't love our bat, return it within 1 week of receiving the order for a full refund - just contact us and we'll take care of you. To be eligible for a refund, bats must be sent back to us in the same condition as they were received. Please note that once the bats have been used, we cannot offer a refund as the products cannot be resold. We will inspect the bat once we receive it and then issue a refund. The entire process will take 7 to 10 business days.

Order status: 
You should have received an email confirming shipment of your order with your tracking details. You can directly track your order using that. If somethings not right, please contact us

Additional taxes: 
Yes, we are required to charge GST over and above our listed prices.

Available payment methods:
We accept payments via online payment mode which includes almost all credit and debit cards, netbanking or even mobile wallets, as well as cash on delivery mode too.

Shipping Region: 
At this point we are only shipping within India but we aim to ship internationally very soon. Please drop us a line at info@elitesports.co.in to let us know who and where you are and we will let you know as soon as we are shipping internationally.

Gifts: 
We don’t have an additional gift wrapping option at the moment. However, we pay a lot of attention to the look and feel of our packaging and so you should not require additional wrapping. You can directly enter the recipients details in the shipping address and have yours in billing details. If you would like to send a note along with the bat, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
